DOLCE VITA - Guesthouse: a nice place for nice people

Casa Dolce Vita is a two-storey apartment with an area of about 300 square meters, located in a quality residential condominium in the Estoril area.

Outdoors, though within the condominium, there is a large, attractive garden, with native and exotic species, which you can enjoy in safety.

You can also use the condo pool where you can get to know other residents or just relax.

Initially inhabited only by its owners, it has recently been adapted to take in guests.

The guest areas include three bedrooms accommodating a maximum of six people.

Besides the bedrooms, all with a private bathroom, our guests may enjoy a spacious living and dining room, with a fireplace, and two balconies, appropriately furnished so you can spend an agreeable time enjoying the ample vistas, from the Atlantic Ocean to the Sintra hills.

The three rooms at Casa Dolce Vita are all different.

In common they have their comfort and privacy.

The floors are of hard woods and the quality beds are extremely comfortable, and we therefore hope to ensure truly restful nights for you.

Two of the three bedrooms have ample wardrobes, while all the windows provide good views and have excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

All the bedrooms have individual heating and state-of-the-art air-conditioning.

If you have an iPod and want to hear your music, the rooms are provided with the appropriate equipment.

All the bathrooms are provided with quality equipment for your wellbeing.

Pink Room – the largest of the house, it has two corner windows near which there is a bench that can be enjoyed by its occupants.

Besides the double bed, this room also has a work-table and a large wardrobe.

The bathroom, with its window, has both a shower and a bath, as well as a magnifying mirror.

Yellow Room – The only room with twin beds, has a large wardrobe and a bathroom right next door.

The bathroom has a window and a bath tub.

Green Room – The smallest room, with a double bed, has two small wardrobes and an internal bathroom with shower.

This room opens directly onto a balcony overlooking the condominium garden.
